SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY OF MIIMII WINKS CORPORATION
Please make sure that your address is entered correctly. It is very important to ensure your Apartment Number is entered correctly and shipping information is complete. Orders received with missing information will experience a delay as we try to reach out to you. Shipping takes 4-8 business days due to the experiences of Covid Shipping delays. However, can be received much sooner as many customers have seen. If your package is returned for missing incorrect address there is a Reshipment Fee of $3.99.
Order errors due to claims of missing items are highly unlikely. However, in the event a claim is made please note you will be provided time-stamped footage of when your order is packaged for the protection of MiiMii Winks as well as accountability that we packaged and shipped correctly or incorrectly (highly unlikely) to you the customer.
1.We take pride in providing optimal service Monday through Friday with orders taking 1-2 business days to process and ship from our warehouse. We respond to Contact Forms and emails within 24-48 hours now as staffing has reduced to ensure social distancing. We work hard to ship orders out the same day. However, due to high volume and peak periods, it may delayed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the nature of the items being sold however certain cases may apply after appeal and such a claim must be sent to us 24 hours after the package is marked delivered by USPS.
If the package is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address, you can either pay reshipment fee $3.99 or receive store credit ONLY!. Packages that are delivered to a wrong address are NONREFUNDABLE!
2. However, WE DO NOT accept liability for items damaged by USPS improper handle. We will replace the item once evidence of the damaged product is provided, and the item is shipped back to us if the fault is deemed to be our own.
3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Please verify CORRECT ADDRESS at the time of placing the order. If your item is returned to us as non-deliverable, it will be subjected to another shipping fee.
